Beer #4 - Corona Extra(Mexico)

I had never had a Corona before suprisingly enough, even though it is readily available where I live.

On taking my first sip it reminded me of the Miller Genuine Draft I had tried not so long ago, a very weak quite watery beer with very little after taste at all and not much of an aroma.

Again this is one of those beers that would go down a treat on a very hot summers day, a definite  thirst quencher that served chilled would be a god send if you were parched.

Overall though a run of the mill beer with no real substance, however who knows what could happen after 9 Coronas?

It is difficult to review a beer with a lack of flavor. I like the Weird Al Yankovic reference nice touch. I was at the beach a few weeks ago and all we had left was Coronas. So I had one I said to my brother in law this beer has no flavor ,he said thats because i didn’t put a lime in it so I put a lime in it and I have to admit it did taste better. Next time try it with a lime. Even though I don’t think you should have to add fruit to a beer to make it taste better. I don,t like Mexican beer all that much, but the best 2 I have had are Bohemia and Negra Modelo.
