Beer #3 - Miller Genuine Draft(USA)
Since the majority of our visitors so far have been from the US of A, I thought it high time I did a review on an American beer.
American beers are not the easiest thing to come by around these parts so I didn’t have alot to choose from, however I noticed a bar close to where I work had Miller Genuine Draft, so decided to give it a shot.
I’ve always had this notion that Amercian beers are weak and watery and Miller Genuine Draft didn’t do much to dispell that view. My first sip left me wondering if I was drinking an iced water rather than a beer, absolutley no after taste at all and the aroma and flavour was very weak indeed.
If I was doing a beer bong, yard glass or The Boot as in Beerfest this beer would be my choice as I could scull this stuff back faster than it takes Ron Jeremy to flop his cock out.
Now I am not saying that this beer is all bad, I have to admitt the idea of having one of these ice cold on a hot summers day to quench my thirst is actually quite appealing as you could knock it back pretty quick, but right now its the middle of winter where I am and this did nothing at all to warm me up.
Overall, good beer for a hot summers day but not enough substance for anything else.
